Rainbow Around My Shoulder Purse

The Rainbow Around My Shoulder Purse is the perfect accessory for a day out and will brighten up your cloudy day.

The body of the bag is worked flat in the round. The unique crochet only construction creates the three dimensional shape. The only sewing is the optional button closure.

The size is adjustable. Instructions are included to make the bag taller and/ or deeper. The strap length is also adjustable. You can also add a zipper instead of the button closure.

Size: Approximately 9.5”/ 24 cm wide, 6.5”/ 16.5 cm tall 1.5”/ 4 cm deep. Total height with strap is approximately 24”/ 61 cm. Height and depth are adjustable.

Level: Intermediate The pattern uses post stitches and a unique one piece construction. There is a full picture tutorial, making the pattern accessible for an advanced beginner ready for a new challenge.

I made this purse with Knit Picks/ We Crochet Brava Worsted yarn and a 5.00 mm (H) hook. Exact colors are given in the pattern. However, you can make it with other yarn and different yarn weights.
